# Free telehealth growth audit · 5 business days

Your next 90 days,
written down.

MedScale Health's Growth Audit is a written roadmap: which channels your category can run, what in your ads and pages will get flagged, where intake loses patients, whether your tracking is telling the truth, and the 90-day plan that follows. Free, and yours to keep.

Who it is for

## A plan sized to your spend.

Every budget gets the audit, including teams not running ads yet. The funnel asks for a budget range so the plan fits it.

**$25K+ a month in paid media**

The full audit and roadmap, with a 30-minute call to walk through it.

**$10K to $25K a month**

The full audit. The roadmap covers how to grow spend without tripping the policies that scale trips.

**Under $10K a month**

The full audit. The roadmap puts the budget on the one channel closest to working first, so every week has enough data to read.

**Not running ads yet**

The full audit, with the channel mix and certification path for launch in place of the creative review.

What you get back

## Five sections, one document.

Each section ends in a decision or a fix, with a cost or a date beside it. If a section does not apply to you, it says so and moves on.

[What a telehealth growth audit includes](https://medscale.health/answers/what-a-telehealth-growth-audit-includes)

Channel mix

Which of Meta, Google, Microsoft and TikTok your category can run today, which need certification first, and which are closed. Sourced to the current policy, not to habit.

Creative audit

Every live ad and landing page read against Meta's Personal Attributes and Health and Wellness rules, Google's Healthcare and medicines policy and Microsoft's Healthcare and Pharmaceutical policy, with the lines that will get flagged marked.

Conversion review

Landing page and intake walked through as a patient would: what stops them, how long a booking takes, where the form leaks.

Tracking review

What the pixel sends, what the platform receives, and whether a patient's condition is leaking into an event name. With the plan to move it server-side.

90-day plan

Month by month: what to fix, what to launch, and what it should cost per booked patient. Written so you can run it without us.

The five days

## Request on Monday, roadmap by the next.

1. 01 Day 0 You ask Three short steps, two minutes. We reply the same business day with a booking link.
2. 02 Day 1 Access and a call A 30-minute call to hear what you have tried, plus read-only access to the ad accounts and analytics. No admin, no billing.
3. 03 Days 2 to 4 The review Ads, pages, intake, and tracking, read by a senior operator. You get questions during the week, not silence.
4. 04 Day 5 The roadmap The written document lands in your inbox. We walk it through on a call if you want one.
5. 05 After Your call You run it, or we run it with you. The document is yours either way.

What it is and is not

## A document, not a pitch.

Free audits usually mean a scorecard and a sales call. This one is the plan we would run if you hired us, written so you can run it if you do not.

It is

- A written document you keep
- Specific to your category, your platforms, and your live account
- Read by a senior operator, not scored by software
- A plan with costs and dates in it
- Free, with no obligation attached

It is not

- A sales deck with our logo on the cover
- A template with your name typed in
- A pass or fail score from an automated scan
- A commitment to hire us
- Legal advice on your category

By business day 5

## In your inbox by business day five.

The clock starts when we have read access to the accounts and the site. If it slips, you hear why before the day does.

Before you book

**Why is it free?**

Because it is how both sides decide. Some audits end with us saying you can run the plan yourselves. That is a fine outcome, and it costs you nothing to find out.

**What do you need from us?**

Read-only access to the ad accounts and analytics, the landing page URLs, and 30 minutes on a call. Nothing gets paused, changed, or spent.

**What happens to our data?**

It stays in the audit. We do not share it, sell it, or keep access after the audit closes unless you hire us.

Audit questions

## Straight answers, before the call.

**What does the Growth Audit cost?**

Nothing. It is a written document, delivered in five business days, and you keep it whether or not you work with MedScale afterward.

**Who actually does the review?**

A senior operator who has run healthcare accounts on Meta and Google. Not a scan, not a junior with a checklist. The same person joins the call.

**We already have an agency. Is this still useful?**

Often more so. The audit reads the account as the platforms read it, and most agencies have never had a healthcare account restricted. If the plan says your agency is doing fine, that is what the plan says.

**We have not launched yet. Can we get one?**

Yes. The creative review is replaced by a launch plan: which channels your category can open on day one, what certification is required first, and how to set up tracking so the account is not tiered on its first conversion.

**What access do you need?**

Read-only access to the ad accounts and analytics, plus the landing page URLs. Nothing gets paused, changed, or spent. Access is removed when the audit closes unless you hire MedScale.

**Is there a minimum ad spend for the audit?**

No. A clinic just getting started gets the same five sections as a brand spending $50K a month. The 90-day plan is sized to the budget you have: a smaller budget goes on the one channel closest to working first, and a team not yet running ads gets a launch plan.

## What the audit looks at.

- [What Does a Telehealth Growth Audit Include?](https://medscale.health/answers/what-a-telehealth-growth-audit-includes) As of October 2026, a telehealth growth audit worth reading covers five things: the channels your category can run, every ad and page read against health policy, the patient's conversion path, what your tracking sends to the ad platforms, and a costed 90-day plan. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, delivers that document in five business days from read-only access. An audit that skips the policy read or the tracking review is a sales call with a PDF attached. Reviewed October 24, 2026
- [How Do You Choose a Telehealth Ad Agency?](https://medscale.health/answers/how-to-choose-a-telehealth-ad-agency) As of October 2026, choose a telehealth ad agency on six tests: LegitScript and Meta authorization fluency, how it handles a restricted account, pre-checked creative volume, tracking that sends no personal data, weekly reporting against a target, and contract terms that leave you owning everything. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, publishes these tests so buyers can apply them to any agency, MedScale included. A guarantee of approval or patient numbers is a warning sign. Reviewed October 24, 2026
- [What Are the Red Flags When Hiring a Healthcare Ad Agency?](https://medscale.health/answers/healthcare-ad-agency-red-flags) As of October 2026, the red flags to check before hiring a healthcare ad agency are agency-owned ad accounts, requests for your login, no BAA when patient information changes hands, long lock-in terms, no written policy plan and guaranteed patient numbers. MedScale Health, a paid acquisition agency for telehealth brands and clinics, works as a partner on accounts its clients own and publishes this list for any buyer. Google requires a separate account per advertiser; Meta requires separate ad accounts per client. Reviewed October 24, 2026
- [What Does a New Telehealth Patient Cost on Paid Ads, and How Do You Bring It Down?](https://medscale.health/answers/telehealth-cost-per-patient-and-launch-budget) As of October 2026, a new telehealth patient costs what your own ads prove, since Meta and Google publish no telehealth cost per patient, and it comes down as the offer, page and intake convert better. MedScale Health, a paid acquisition agency for telehealth brands and clinics, plans every launch from the most a brand can afford per patient, not a benchmark. Work out that ceiling from price, margin, months on program, refunds and no-shows, then size the launch budget so one ad set can learn. Reviewed October 24, 2026
