# Telehealth launch: ads, pages and tracking

Your first campaigns,
launched to policy.

MedScale Health launches new telehealth brands on paid ads, and a new brand gets one chance at a clean ad account. We put the paid side in order before the first dollar: the launch plan, the ad landing pages, the tracking, the LegitScript and platform filings, and the first campaigns. Your brand, intake (the questionnaire a patient completes before a prescriber decides), prescribers and pharmacy stay with the partners you choose. We plug into them and coordinate the launch.

Who this is for

## Three starting points, one launch.

The funnel asks where you are because the answer decides which steps of the process you skip, not whether the launch fits.

**An idea and a category**

You know what you want to sell and to whom. We plan the launch: which channels your category can run, what needs LegitScript first, the landing pages and the tracking. Brand design, the intake and your prescriber and pharmacy contracts come from partners you choose, and we tell you which kinds of partner the plan needs.

**Prescribers or a pharmacy lined up**

Your partners exist. We build the ad landing pages, connect tracking to their checkout or intake, file LegitScript and the platform applications, and launch the first campaigns.

**A live brand that needs a rebuild**

The site reads as a pharmacy to a policy reviewer, or the tracking tells the ad platforms what condition each patient has. We rebuild the ad landing pages and the tracking while the brand keeps running.

Pick the model first

## The visit model decides which ads can run.

Which ad channels are open, what needs certification first, and where the conversion is counted all follow from the visit model you and your partners chose. The launch plan starts from it.

### Async visit and subscription

The patient completes the intake, a licensed prescriber reviews it without a live call (an async visit), and the medication ships from a partner pharmacy on a subscription.

What it means for ads

Ads that promote the prescription need LegitScript and platform authorization. Ads for the service in general can start sooner. The ad click has to carry across to the partner's intake and checkout.

### Synchronous video

The patient books a video visit with a clinician, and the prescription or care plan follows the visit.

What it means for ads

The booking is the conversion the campaigns learn from, so the scheduling tool has to report it. Certification rules still apply if the ads promote a prescription.

### Hybrid clinic and online

A physical clinic adds online visits, refills, or a mail-order program next to in-person care.

What it means for ads

In-person services and online prescribing run under different rules, so they get separate campaigns. Tracking has to credit the ad whether the patient walked in or checked out online.

What we do

## Everything between the ad and your partner's checkout.

Six workstreams, one team, one plan. Nothing ships without the policy read that keeps the ad accounts in good standing.

Launch plan

The offer to lead with, the channels your category can run today, which ones wait for certification, and a budget worked back from your goal. In writing, before anything is built.

Ad landing pages

One offer and one main button per page, with both on the first phone screen. Written to the same rules as the ads: prescription-required wording, real provider credentials, and no drug names before certification.

Tracking

Server-side, under a BAA, with neutral event names from the first visit. No names, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses or browser IDs go to ad platforms. The ad click carries across when a patient leaves for a partner's checkout or intake.

LegitScript and platform filings

Readiness review, fixes to the site, the LegitScript application filed, then Meta's authorization and Google's healthcare certification. LegitScript and the platforms decide; we make sure the file is complete.

Account foundation

Business and domain verification, and one ad account, one Page and one pixel per brand, owned by your business.

First campaigns

A pre-checked set of 5 to 7 ads per campaign, live on the channels open to your category, with the first Monday report a week later.

The intake, as the ads see it

## Your partner builds the intake. We keep it from breaking the ads.

Nobody meets your prescriber first. They meet the intake. The platforms read it, the ad click has to survive it, and the booking at the end of it is what the campaigns learn from. Your intake partner builds it; we make sure it works with the ads.

**Policy**

Platforms read the pages an ad leads to, intake included. A question phrased as a second-person symptom, or a URL that names a drug, can count against the account. We read every intake page the ads touch and send your partner a policy note on anything a reviewer could read wrong.

**Handoff**

The ad click has to survive the move from our landing page to your partner's intake and checkout. We connect the tracking across that step so the booking or order lands on the right campaign.

**Quizzes**

A quiz works best as an option, not a gate. Where your partner's intake starts with one, the landing page in front of it carries the offer and the button so the ad's promise is kept.

Partners we plug into

## Your partners, connected to the paid side.

These stay with you and the partners you choose. We do not sell or contract them, and we never present their work as ours. We connect the launch to them: tracking on their checkout, the facts LegitScript needs about them, and landing pages that describe them accurately.

**Prescriber network**

Licensed in every state the intake accepts. LegitScript checks this, so we confirm it before filing.

**EHR / EMR**

Holds the chart and the visit record. We only need it to report that a visit or prescription happened.

**Pharmacy fulfilment**

Licensed in every state you serve, with its 503A or 503B status documented for the LegitScript file.

**Payments**

A processor that underwrites telehealth. Its checkout is often where the ad click has to arrive.

**Brand and design**

Your brand studio owns the identity. Our landing pages follow it.

**Telehealth platform**

Video, scheduling and messaging under a BAA, where the model includes a live visit. Its booking step is the conversion the campaigns learn from.

The process

## Six steps, in the open.

The steps overlap because the work does. MedScale starts with a free growth audit; campaigns are live by Day 14 from access when certifications are in place. Certification review and your partners' readiness are the two things outside our control, and when one of them moves the date, you hear it that week, not at the end.

1. 01 Start Launch plan Category, states, offer, what your partners already have, and the rules that apply to each. You get the written launch plan and a fixed scope.
2. 02 Alongside Filings The LegitScript readiness review starts the same week where your category needs it, then the application, Meta's authorization and Google's certification. Review time is set by LegitScript and the platforms, not by us.
3. 03 Before launch Pages and tracking Ad landing pages built and pre-checked. Tracking installed on your pages and connected to your partner's checkout or intake, then walked end to end with a real test booking.
4. 04 Before launch Account foundation and creative Business and domain verification done. The first set of 5 to 7 ads per campaign written, pre-checked and approved by you in one pass.
5. 05 Launch First campaigns Live on the channels open to your category, with attribution from the first click through your partner's intake to the order. Channels waiting on certification open as the filings clear.
6. 06 After launch First Monday report Spend, results and cost per result by campaign. From here, ongoing management is a separate retainer if you want it.

At launch

## You launch owning all of it.

The landing pages, the ad accounts, the filings and the tracking are in your name from the first week. If we part ways the day after launch, everything keeps running without us.

Launch questions

## Asked on every scoping call.

**Do you build the brand, the intake or the partner contracts?**

No. Brand design, the intake, and the prescriber, pharmacy and payment contracts come from partners you choose. MedScale plugs into them and coordinates the launch: tracking on their checkout, the facts LegitScript needs about them, and landing pages that describe them accurately.

**Who owns the pages, the ad accounts and the tracking?**

You do, from the first commit. Nothing sits in an account MedScale holds, nothing is licensed back to you, and if you and MedScale part ways it all keeps running without MedScale.

**How long does a launch take?**

It depends most on two things MedScale does not control: LegitScript's review and your partners' readiness. LegitScript does not publish a review time. MedScale starts the filings in the first week and launches on the channels that are already open while the rest clear. If the date moves, you hear it that week.

**What does it cost?**

A fixed fee for a fixed scope, quoted in writing after discovery. There is no figure on this page because a single-state launch and a fifty-state async launch are different projects. LegitScript's own fees are paid to LegitScript.

**Can you work with our existing pharmacy or prescriber group?**

Yes. MedScale does not replace partners: it checks what LegitScript will ask about them, connects tracking to their checkout, and describes them accurately on the landing pages.

**Do we need LegitScript before launch?**

As of October 2026: to run ads that promote prescription drugs as a telehealth provider, yes, on both Meta and Google, plus each platform's own authorization. Meta exempts ads for telehealth services in general, so those can start sooner. You can launch on the channels that are open while certification is in review.

**Will you write the clinical protocol?**

No. Your medical director owns the protocol, and your intake partner turns it into the questionnaire. MedScale flags any question on a page the ads touch that a platform reviewer could misread.

**What happens after launch?**

The launch ends with campaigns live and the first Monday report. Ongoing management is a separate retainer, scoped like every other engagement. If you take it, the pages and the tracking are already the ones the campaigns need.

## Before you launch.

- [How Do You Launch a Telehealth Brand? The Compliance Checklist](https://medscale.health/answers/how-to-launch-a-telehealth-brand-checklist) As of October 2026, a telehealth brand that can advertise on day one settles its visit model and states first, contracts prescribers, an EHR, a pharmacy and payments in its own name, and builds a clinic-first site structured for LegitScript review. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, launches the ads, landing pages and LegitScript filings for that build. Tracking goes in server-side, with generic event names, from the first visit. Reviewed October 24, 2026
- [One State, a Few or All 50: Where Should Telehealth Ads Launch?](https://medscale.health/answers/where-to-launch-telehealth-ads-by-state) As of October 2026, telehealth ads should launch in every state where your clinicians are licensed and your pharmacy can ship, in one ad set rather than one per state, unless capacity or a state-specific offer says otherwise. MedScale Health, a paid acquisition agency for telehealth brands and clinics, builds targeting from the licensed states and reads results by state before adding more. Licensing sets the map, because care happens where the patient is. On Meta, switch off the option that reaches people outside your states; on Google, use Presence targeting. Reviewed October 24, 2026
- [Do Telehealth Brands Need LegitScript for Stripe and Card Payments?](https://medscale.health/answers/legitscript-for-stripe-and-card-payments) As of October 2026, telehealth brands don't need LegitScript for Stripe: Stripe's FAQ says telemedicine businesses don't need it, though telehealth and online pharmacy accounts need Stripe's approval. MedScale Health, a paid acquisition agency for telehealth brands and clinics, keeps ads on the certified domain, so one certificate serves the ads and the processor. Card network rules bind the acquirer: Mastercard requires registration and a compliance check for remote prescription drug sellers, and Visa exempts pharmacy-coded merchants accredited by NABP or, per its program guide, LegitScript. - [How Do You Get Meta's Authorization to Advertise Prescription Drugs?](https://medscale.health/answers/meta-prescription-drug-authorization-steps) As of October 2026, a telehealth provider or online pharmacy gets Meta's authorization to advertise prescription drugs in two steps: active LegitScript Healthcare Certification, then a request in the Authorizations and verifications tab of Meta Business Suite using the certified URL. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, files both steps for its clients. Meta says the answer comes right away, and authorized ads may only target people 18 and over in the United States, Canada or New Zealand. Reviewed October 24, 2026
