Paid acquisition for telehealth brands and clinics

# Paid ads built to policy, with receipts.

MedScale Health runs Meta, Google, Microsoft and TikTok ads, the creative, the landing pages they point to, and the server-side tracking that proves which ones booked patients. Every ad is pre-checked against health policy before it spends. Run by people who have built and run telehealth businesses.

**Telehealth and clinic verticals we cover**

5 days

**To a written growth roadmap**

72 hrs

**To rebuild and appeal a restricted account**

The verticals are the telehealth niches and clinic types we run paid ads for, each with its own rules on Meta, Google, Microsoft and TikTok. Five days is the Growth Audit commitment, review to written roadmap. Seventy-two hours is the Ad Account Rescue commitment, diagnosis to rebuild and appeal filed. The platform sets its own review time.

- No names, emails or phone numbers sent to ad platforms
- “Do you struggle with…” personal-attribute hooks
- LegitScript-ready account structure
- Calling a compounded drug FDA-approved
- Neutral event names, no health terms
- A new account to get around a restriction
- Consent decided by the visitor's state, server-side
- Ad pixels on intake pages
- Every ad pre-checked before it spends
- Guarantees of results or cure
- Attribution that holds through the click-out

Who we work with

## Two playbooks. One tracking stack.

Telehealth brands and clinics do not buy the same way, get restricted for the same reasons, or trust the same proof. We run a separate playbook for each, on the same server-side tracking.

DTC telehealth

### [Brands selling care online under a prescriber.](https://medscale.health/telehealth)

GLP-1 and weight loss, TRT and men's health, hair loss, women's health, mental health, sleep. Each has its own policy surface on Meta and Google, and each gets restricted the same way: by an agency that runs it like e-commerce.

**Creative**

Checked against Meta's health and personal-attributes rules before it spends

**Structure**

Landing pages and account setup built to the LegitScript standard

**Attribution**

Holds through the click-out to your intake platform

Clinics and multi-location groups

### [Practices that need booked appointments, not clicks.](https://medscale.health/clinics)

Medical weight loss, men's health, mental health and psychiatry, ketamine, dental and ortho, med spa. Local intent, call tracking, intake conversion, and a cost per patient you can defend to the partners.

**Channels**

Google Ads on treatment intent, Meta on local discovery

**Attribution**

Calls and forms tied to the booked appointment, not the ring

**Reporting**

One cost per patient for each location, across every channel

What we do

## Six services, one tracking spine.

Generalist agencies learn healthcare on your budget. Every service below is paid acquisition built for regulated categories, and each reports cost per booked consult through the same server-side tracking, so the number means the same thing whichever ones you buy.

1. [01 Paid Ads Meta, Google, Microsoft and TikTok campaigns, with every ad pre-checked against health policy before it spends.](https://medscale.health/services/paid-ads)
2. [02 Healthcare Ad Creative Statics, motion and creator video in sets of 5 to 7 per campaign, refreshed monthly and pre-checked against health policy.](https://medscale.health/services/ad-creative)
3. [03 Landing Pages for Healthcare Ads One offer and one button per page, built to the same policy as the ad and fast on a phone.](https://medscale.health/services/websites-and-landing-pages)
4. [04 Paid Media Strategy and Reporting Server-side tracking under a BAA, a Monday report reconciled to your bookings, and a forecast you can budget against.](https://medscale.health/services/strategic-support)
5. [05 LegitScript Certification MedScale's LegitScript certification service prepares and files the application, then carries the account through Meta and Google authorization.](https://medscale.health/services/legitscript-certification)
6. [06 Ad Account Rescue Restricted or disabled accounts diagnosed, rebuilt and appealed inside 72 hours.](https://medscale.health/rescue)

Telehealth launch

## Launch a telehealth brand on paid, built to policy.

A new brand gets one chance at a clean ad account. We put the paid side in order before the first dollar: the plan, the ad landing pages, the tracking, the LegitScript and platform filings, and the first campaigns. Brand design, the intake and your prescriber and pharmacy partners stay with the partners you choose. We plug into them and coordinate the launch.

Launch plan

The offer to lead with, the channels open to your category, and a budget worked back from your goal, in writing before anything is built.

Ad landing pages

One offer and one button per page, written to the same rules as the ads and built to read as a clinic, not a pharmacy.

Tracking

Server-side, under a BAA, with neutral event names from the first visit, and the ad click carried across to your partner's checkout or intake.

LegitScript and platform filings

Readiness review, the application filed, then Meta's authorization and Google's certification where your category needs them.

First campaigns

A pre-checked set of 5 to 7 ads per campaign, live on the channels open to your category.

[Plan your launch](https://medscale.health/build) Fixed scope, quoted after discovery.

How the work runs

## What runs underneath every campaign.

Most agencies put a consumer pixel on a regulated business and hope the reviewer is busy. We ran intake, ads and tracking inside telehealth businesses before we ran them for clients, so every account sits on five layers, each one there because a specific rule took an account down in front of us.

**Policy review**

Every ad, before it spends

**Certification**

LegitScript-ready from day one

**Attribution**

Through the click-out to intake

**Reporting**

Cost per booked patient, weekly

Layer What we do The rule it answers

01

### Creative

Every ad is checked against the named policy before it spends: Meta's Health and Wellness and Personal Attributes rules (no ad may imply it knows a person's condition), Google's Healthcare and Medicines policy. The check is written down, per ad, with the clause it clears.

Why Rejections and personal-attribute flags are what move an account into a restricted tier. The reviewer sees the ad after the money is committed; we see it before.

02

### Account structure

Landing pages, business verification, and prescriber and pharmacy disclosures built to the LegitScript standard, the certification Meta and Google require before prescription treatments can be advertised.

Why Certification decides which placements exist for you. A page structure that fails it keeps the account in the placements everyone else is bidding on.

03

### Conversion delivery

Conversions reach Meta and Google server-side, under a BAA, rather than from a browser pixel. Neutral event names (Lead, Schedule, Purchase), no health terms anywhere in the payload, and no names, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses or browser IDs.

Why Meta limits the data health advertisers may send. A pixel that passes a page title with a drug name in it puts the account at risk, and the conversion may never be counted.

04

### Attribution

The click identifier is carried through the click-out, the moment a patient leaves your landing page for a separate intake or booking platform, and matched back to the ad when the appointment is booked.

Why Without it the last thing your dashboard sees is a landing-page visit, and every channel report after that is a guess.

05

### Consent

The visitor's state or country decides opt-in or opt-out before anything is sent, and the decision is recorded so it can be shown later.

Why State consumer-health-data laws reach advertising data that HIPAA never covered. Consent trusted to a browser banner is consent you cannot prove.

The difference

## We work with the rules, not around them.

Six moments decide whether a regulated ad account grows or gets tiered. A generalist agency meets each one for the first time on your account. We already met them inside telehealth businesses of our own.

| Moment | A generalist agency | MedScale |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Policy review | The platform's reviewer, after the ad is submitted and the budget is committed | Us, against the named clause, before the ad spends |
| What the pixel sends | Whatever is on the page: titles, URLs, form fields, drug names | Neutral event names only, server-side. No names, emails, phone numbers, IPs or browser IDs |
| Where attribution stops | At the landing page, when the patient clicks out to intake | At the booked appointment, with the click identifier carried through intake |
| Consent | A banner, trusted to the browser | Enforced on the server, by the visitor's state or country |
| Account restricted | An appeal that resubmits the rejected ad | The flag diagnosed, creative and pages rebuilt to the clause, appeal filed with evidence, inside 72 hours |
| Monday's report | Return on ad spend from a dashboard that never saw the patient | Cost per booked patient, per channel, per location |

The 72-hour figure is the Ad Account Rescue commitment: diagnosis, rebuild, and appeal filed within 72 hours of account access.

Ad Account Rescue

## Restricted on Meta or Google? Rebuilt and appealed in 72 hours.

Most healthcare accounts are not disabled for what they sell. They are disabled for how the ad, the page, and the pixel described it. We fix all three and file the appeal with evidence. If the account is not coming back, you hear it at hour 12 and the budget moves to the channels still open to you. Fixed fee, credited toward your first month if you stay.

[Start a rescue](https://medscale.health/rescue) Meta · Google · TikTok. Any spend level.

1. 01 Hour 0 to 12 Diagnose the restriction We read the actual policy flag, not the generic notice, and map every ad, page, and pixel event that tripped it. If the account is not coming back, you hear it now.
2. 02 Hour 12 to 48 Rebuild to policy Creative and landing pages rewritten against the health, personal-attributes, and prescription-drug rules. Appeal filed with evidence.
3. 03 Hour 48 to 72 Re-instrument and relaunch Server-side tracking installed with neutral event names so the same flag is not raised again. Campaigns relaunched on the channels open to you, attribution intact.

What we commit to

## The first 90 days, by vertical.

What we set up and how often you see it, by vertical. The targets for cost per patient are agreed with you at kickoff and reported every Monday. No borrowed case studies.

GLP-1 & weight-loss telehealth

### Creative that is written to the rules before it spends, an account structure built for certification, and a cost per patient you can scale against.

5 to 7

**Pre-checked ads per campaign**

Monthly

**New creative round**

- Policy map for your exact claims and imagery
- LegitScript-ready pages and tracking
- Click-out attribution to intake and pharmacy

TRT & men's health clinics

### Own treatment-intent search and local discovery, then show which calls and forms became patients.

Day 14

**Compliant tracking live**

Weekly

**Cost per patient by location**

- Google Ads on treatment and clinic intent
- Calls and forms tied to the booked appointment
- Location-level cost per patient across the group

Mental health & psychiatry

### Grow bookings without sending a single patient attribute to an ad platform.

0

**Personal details sent to ad platforms**

Day 5

**Written roadmap delivered**

- Personal-attributes-safe creative
- Server-side events with neutral names, no personal data
- Landing pages built around the booking

How it works

## Four steps, the same on every account.

1. 01 Days 1 to 14 Foundation Server-side tracking under a BAA with neutral event names, business and domain verification, a landing page for each offer built to the same policy as the ads, and the launch ads written and pre-checked. Nothing spends until a real test booking reports correctly.
2. 02 Live by Day 14 Campaigns One offer first, on campaigns of 5 to 7 pre-checked ads, each taking a different angle. Campaigns split by regulation level, broad targeting, and budget that steps up only while cost per result holds.
3. 03 Every Monday Report Spend, results and cost per result by campaign, against the target we agreed at kickoff and reconciled to your booking tool, with what we changed and why. The weakest ads are switched off each week.
4. 04 Every month Refresh A new creative round for every set: two new ideas, new versions of last month's winners, and one or two founder or creator videos, approved by you in one pass.

## The rulebook, in plain English.

What Meta and Google allow in regulated care, what gets an account restricted, and how to structure creative that survives review. Dated, re-verified quarterly, and written to be cited.

- [What Is Meta's Personal Attributes Policy and Why Does It Block Weight Loss Ads?](https://medscale.health/answers/meta-personal-attributes-policy-weight-loss) As of October 2026, Meta's Privacy Violations and Personal Attributes policy says “ads must not contain content that asserts or implies personal attributes,” and it names “physical or mental health (including medical conditions),” so weight loss copy about the reader's body fails. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, checks every weight loss ad against that sentence before it spends and writes the creative in brand voice, so no line is about the viewer. Meta's change log shows the policy unchanged since June 2024. Reviewed October 24, 2026
- [How Much Does LegitScript Certification Cost in 2026?](https://medscale.health/answers/legitscript-certification-cost) As of October 2026, LegitScript Healthcare Certification costs $975 per website to apply, nonrefundable, plus $2,150 per website each year once approved, so a single-domain telehealth brand pays $3,125 in year one. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, treats that fee as the cheapest line in a prescription-drug ad budget, because Google and Meta will not run those ads without it. Expedited review adds $2,500 per application, and the $2,150 renews every year. Reviewed October 24, 2026
- [Can You Advertise GLP-1 on Facebook and Instagram?](https://medscale.health/answers/can-you-advertise-glp-1-on-meta) As of October 2026, GLP-1 telehealth brands can advertise on Facebook and Instagram to adults 18 and over if no copy implies the viewer's body or health; a prescription GLP-1 also needs LegitScript certification and Meta's authorization. MedScale, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, builds GLP-1 creative against those rules from the first concept, because accounts are lost to a pattern of disapprovals, not one banned claim. Since July 22, 2026, Meta judges before-and-after imagery by the claims around it. Reviewed October 24, 2026
- [How Do You Choose a Telehealth Ad Agency?](https://medscale.health/answers/how-to-choose-a-telehealth-ad-agency) As of October 2026, choose a telehealth ad agency on six tests: LegitScript and Meta authorization fluency, how it handles a restricted account, pre-checked creative volume, tracking that sends no personal data, weekly reporting against a target, and contract terms that leave you owning everything. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, publishes these tests so buyers can apply them to any agency, MedScale included. A guarantee of approval or patient numbers is a warning sign. Reviewed October 24, 2026

Questions we get on every call

## Straight answers, before the call.

**Who is MedScale?**

MedScale Health (medscale.health) is a paid acquisition agency for telehealth brands and clinics. MedScale runs Meta, Google, Microsoft and TikTok ads, makes the creative, builds the landing pages the ads point to, and runs the tracking that proves which ones booked patients. Beside that MedScale helps with LegitScript certification, rescues restricted ad accounts, and launches new telehealth brands on paid. The team has built and run telehealth businesses: the intake flows, the pharmacy handoffs, the ad review queues and the tracking underneath.

**Where does MedScale work?**

MedScale works with US telehealth brands and clinics.

**Do you do brand, PR, SEO, email and SMS, or AI intake?**

No. MedScale runs paid acquisition only: ads, creative, landing pages and tracking. Brand strategy, PR, organic social, SEO, email and SMS, AI intake and referral programs stay with your team or a partner, and MedScale plans the paid side around their work.

**Is MedScale HIPAA compliant? Will you sign a BAA?**

Yes, MedScale signs a BAA. Tracking runs server-side under that BAA with neutral event names. No names, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses or browser IDs go to ad platforms, and no patient attributes are forwarded.

**What happens if our Meta or Google ad account gets restricted?**

Ad Account Rescue is a fixed-fee, 72-hour engagement: MedScale diagnoses the actual policy flag, rebuilds the creative and landing pages to policy, files the appeal with evidence, and re-instruments tracking so the same flag is not raised again. If the account is not coming back, MedScale says so at hour 12 and moves the budget to the channels still open to you. If you stay on as a client the fee is credited toward your first month.

**Do you work with GLP-1, TRT, or peptide brands?**

Yes, and each is treated as its own policy surface. As of October 2026, GLP-1 and TRT brands can run paid social and search with the right certification and creative structure. Peptides are largely closed on the major platforms, so the plan is built on the channels that remain open rather than pretending otherwise.

**What is the minimum ad spend to work with MedScale?**

There is no minimum, and clinics just getting started are welcome. A smaller budget goes on the one channel closest to working first, so every week has enough data to read, and the free Growth Audit writes that plan. Ad Account Rescue is available at any spend level.

**Is there a long-term contract?**

No. Engagements run month to month. If the weekly report is not showing a path to a cost per patient you can live with, you stop, and everything MedScale built stays in your accounts.

**How fast do ads go live?**

Campaigns are live by Day 14 from access when certifications are in place: access, audit and tracking in week 1, then the landing page and launch ads in week 2, each checked against the rules before it runs. Ads that promote prescription drugs also wait on LegitScript and each platform's own approval.

**How is your tracking different from a Meta Pixel or GA4?**

Browser pixels send whatever is on the page to the ad platform, including things you did not intend. MedScale's tracking collects events first-party on the server, under a BAA, and forwards only neutral conversion events through the platforms' server-side APIs. No names, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses or browser IDs are sent. Attribution holds even when the patient clicks out to a booking or intake tool.
