Growth for peptide and longevity programs

# Peptide telehealth advertising

MedScale Health is a peptide paid-ads agency for US telehealth brands: it runs Meta, Google, Microsoft and TikTok ads, creative and landing pages for peptide and longevity programs, with every ad pre-checked against health policy before it spends. BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295 and the rest of the longevity menu. Real demand, sold through compounding pharmacies, and the one telehealth category where the compound can't be advertised no matter what you certify. The consult, the labs and the provider can.

How it is sold

## The model, before the rules.

A quiz or a consult books a provider visit, the provider writes for a compounded peptide, and a partner pharmacy ships a monthly protocol. The regulatory ground under that model keeps moving. FDA had placed BPC-157 and other popular peptides, including CJC-1295, ipamorelin, AOD-9604, MOTS-c and thymosin alpha-1, in Category 2 of its 503A bulk-substances list, meaning the agency saw significant safety risks. FDA's Category 2 page, current as of April 22, 2026, now lists BPC-157 and those peptides as nominated but withdrawn. On July 23 and 24, 2026, FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 8 to 6 to recommend BPC-157 and five other peptides for the 503A bulks list. The vote is non-binding, so FDA has to act before the list changes. On October 14, 2026, FDA sent a notice titled "Interim Access Policy for Compounding Using Certain Peptides" to the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs for review. Its text is not public. As of October 23, 2026, BPC-157 is not on the 503A bulks list and is not FDA-approved, so product ads stay closed on Meta, Google and TikTok. None of the others is FDA-approved either. The market is still open for business; the substances are still unapproved. MedScale starts with a free growth audit; campaigns are live by Day 14 from access when certifications are in place.

The offer

## What do you get with MedScale as your peptide ad agency?

As a peptide ad agency, MedScale runs paid on what the platforms allow: the longevity consult, the lab panel and the provider on Google and Meta, and provider-led awareness on TikTok, with no compound named in any ad. You get 8 ads at launch, a landing page for each offer on your domain, every ad and page checked against Meta's, Google's and TikTok's health rules before it is submitted, and a written report every Monday on spend, patients and cost per patient by campaign. If the program also prescribes FDA-approved drugs, MedScale helps with the LegitScript application; certification does not make a peptide advertisable. You own the accounts, and MedScale works month to month.

**Campaigns**

Meta and Google Ads, set up and run inside your own accounts. TikTok where the category allows it.

**Ad creative**

8 ads at launch, statics and motion video. On Growth, 6 new ads every month; on Scale, a new round every week.

**Landing pages**

A page for each offer, written for the ad that sends people to it, on your domain.

**Tracking**

Server-side conversion tracking under a BAA, so no health information reaches the ad platforms.

**Compliance review**

Every ad and page checked against Meta's, Google's and TikTok's health rules before it is submitted, with the rule it clears written down.

**Reporting**

A written report every Monday: spend, patients and cost per patient by campaign, what we changed and why. Calls on your package's schedule.

**Ownership**

Ad accounts, pages, creative and tracking stay in your name. We work as a partner on your accounts.

Your first 30 days

1. Week 1 Access, an audit of your accounts and site, tracking installed, the launch offer and landing page agreed.
2. Week 2 Landing page built, launch ads written and designed, every ad and page pre-checked against the rules, and campaigns live by Day 14.
3. Week 3 Daily checks through the first full week of spend.
4. Week 4 First full Monday report, and the next round of ads planned from what is working.

How it gets restricted

An unapproved drug is unadvertisable on Meta, Google and TikTok, and no certification changes that. LegitScript certifies the business, its prescribers and its pharmacies; it does not approve a drug. Google's healthcare policy prohibits unapproved pharmaceuticals and speculative treatments outright, and Meta reviews peptide products under its drugs rule as unapproved substances. Accounts in this category are lost, not restricted, because the platforms treat a peptide ad as an attempt to sell an unapproved pharmaceutical rather than as a wording problem.

Paid outlook Closed to paid

Policy by platform

Where a platform asks for LegitScript, it means LegitScript certification: the third-party check Meta and Google require before a telehealth business can name a prescription drug in an ad. It certifies the business, its prescribers and its pharmacies. It does not change what a drug is.

**Meta**

Prescription drugs need LegitScript certification and written authorization, and that path assumes an approved drug. Peptides that are not FDA-approved are reviewed as unapproved substances and rejected; repeat submissions escalate to account loss. Longevity clinic services, provider consults and lab panels can run without naming a compound.

**Google Ads**

The healthcare and medicines policy prohibits unapproved pharmaceuticals and supplements and speculative or experimental treatments. There is no certification for an unapproved substance. Clinic, consult and longevity-program intent is open.

**TikTok**

TikTok's US prescription path, updated September 2026, needs proof of FDA approval and 18+ targeting. Peptides that are not FDA-approved can't meet it, so TikTok stays awareness only: provider and brand content, no compound.

What we run

## The plan for peptides.

**Channels**

Google Search and Meta on the longevity consult, the lab panel and the provider. TikTok for provider-led awareness with no compound named. Peptide-specific questions are answered on the site, after the click. Organic search, email and referral, where you run them, are your team's or a partner's job, and the tracking credits each source.

**Creative that passes**

The clinic, the physician, the labs, the first visit. No compound names, no mechanism claims, no "healing" or "recovery" language. Peptide education lives on the site, after the click, not in an ad.

**Landing page**

A program page for the consult, with the peptide menu one click deeper and written as clinician education with the unapproved status stated. The ad never lands on a product.

**Tracking**

Server-side events with generic names (lead, qualified, booked, purchase), under a BAA. No names, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses or browser IDs go to the ad platforms. The ad click ID rides a bridge token into the intake platform, so the consult and the prescription land on the campaign that produced them even though the visitor left our page to book.

What we measure

**CPQL**

Cost per qualified lead on the consult or lab-panel offer, by channel.

**Consult booked**

Provider visit scheduled, attributed to paid, organic or referral.

**Rx issued**

Protocol prescribed after the visit, reported from the intake platform.

**90-day retention**

Patients still on a protocol at month three, by acquisition source.

Reported weekly by campaign from the tracking installed in the first two weeks. We publish the definitions, not a benchmark, because the number depends on your price, your states and your pharmacy.

Commitments

## What is done by which day.

By day **5**

A written channel plan that says which demand paid can reach and which it cannot

By day **14**

Tracking live across paid, organic, email and referral so the sources can be compared

By day **14**

Consult-intent campaigns live on Google and Meta with no compound named

By day **30**

Weekly report on CPQL, consults booked and Rx issued by campaign

Days count from kickoff. Certification timelines belong to LegitScript and the platforms, so campaigns that need drug terms start on program intent and add them when approval lands.

Peptides questions

## What brands in this category ask first.

**What does MedScale run as a peptide ad agency?**

MedScale runs Google Search and Meta campaigns on the longevity consult, the lab panel and the provider, and provider-led awareness on TikTok, with no compound named in any ad. It also makes the ad creative, 8 ads at launch, builds a landing page for each offer, and checks every ad and page against each platform's health rules before it is submitted.

**How does working with MedScale start for a peptide program?**

With the free Growth Audit: MedScale reads your live ads, landing pages and tracking against the peptide rules and writes a 90-day plan within five business days of access. Consult-intent campaigns are live by Day 14 from access. Engagements run month to month, and the ad accounts stay in your name.

**Can MedScale guarantee our peptide ads get approved?**

No. Meta, Google and TikTok decide what runs, and an unapproved peptide can't be advertised on any of them. MedScale keeps the compound out of every ad, checks each ad and page against the platform's rules before it is submitted, and reports spend, patients and cost per patient by campaign every Monday.

**Will LegitScript certification let us advertise peptides?**

No. LegitScript certifies that the business, its prescribers and its pharmacies are legitimate. It does not make an unapproved drug advertisable, and Google and Meta both treat non-FDA-approved peptides as unapproved substances regardless of who is selling them.

**FDA moved BPC-157 out of Category 2. Does that change the ads?**

Not yet. FDA's Category 2 page, current as of April 22, 2026, lists BPC-157 as nominated but withdrawn, and in July 2026 FDA's compounding advisory committee voted 8 to 6 to recommend it for the 503A bulks list. The vote is non-binding, and neither step makes BPC-157 an FDA-approved drug. On October 14, 2026, FDA sent a notice titled "Interim Access Policy for Compounding Using Certain Peptides" to the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs for review. Its text is not public. Platform policy keys on approval. As of October 23, 2026, BPC-157 is not on the 503A bulks list and is not FDA-approved, so product ads stay closed on Meta, Google and TikTok.

**So how does a peptide program grow?**

On the consult, the labs and the clinic in Google and Meta, with the peptide detail on the page after the click. Organic search, email, clinician content and provider referral can carry peptide-specific demand too; your team or a partner runs those, and MedScale's tracking compares every source on cost per consult. Programs that try to force the compound into a Meta ad lose the account.

**Can we run sermorelin or other formerly approved peptides?**

Treat them the same way. Status varies by substance and changes often, and the platforms do not distinguish. The ad names the program and the provider; the product detail lives on the page.

## Rules that decide Peptides campaigns.

- [Can You Advertise Peptides on Meta?](https://medscale.health/answers/can-you-advertise-peptides-on-meta) As of October 2026, most peptides sold through telehealth cannot be advertised as products on Meta: its Drugs and Pharmaceuticals policy bars ads for substances Meta judges unsafe and lets only LegitScript-certified, authorized advertisers promote prescription drugs. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, runs the consult and the clinic for peptide clients and never the compound itself. Most telehealth peptides, BPC-157 included, are not FDA-approved. Reviewed October 24, 2026
- [Can a Telehealth Brand Advertise Retatrutide?](https://medscale.health/answers/can-you-advertise-retatrutide) As of October 2026, a telehealth brand cannot advertise retatrutide: FDA says it cannot be used in compounding under federal law, is not a component of any FDA-approved drug and has not been found safe and effective for any condition. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, does not run retatrutide ads, waitlists or lead magnets. LegitScript says certified businesses may not offer, promote or advertise it, and that content encouraging its use is impermissible even if the business doesn't sell it. Reviewed October 24, 2026
- [Why Does Google Ads Reject Peptide Advertising?](https://medscale.health/answers/peptides-and-google-ads) As of October 2026, Google prohibits promoting unapproved substances and restricts prescription drug promotion to certified advertisers, and most telehealth peptides fall into the first group rather than the second. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, runs a consult-only paid structure for peptide clinics that never names a compound, because certification does not lift the prohibition. Peptide brands often pursue certification expecting it to open the category, when certification solves a different problem. Reviewed October 24, 2026
- [How Do You Market Peptides When Product Ads Are Closed?](https://medscale.health/answers/marketing-peptides-without-paid-social) As of October 2026, a peptide clinic markets the consult, not the compound: Meta and Google reject ads that sell most peptides, but ads and a landing page for the clinic visit, the clinician and the lab work, with no compound named, still run. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, runs that consult-led paid structure. Organic search, email and practitioner referral matter too, and they are the brand's job or a partner's, not MedScale's. Reviewed October 24, 2026
