About

We came from inside telehealth.

MedScale is a team of marketers, developers and founders who have built and run telehealth businesses: intake flows, pharmacy handoffs, ad review queues, and the tracking underneath. We do two things with that experience. We grow telehealth brands and clinics, and we build new ones from the ground up.

How we work

Rules we can be held to.

Regulated advertising rewards the boring decisions. These are ours, in the order a new client meets them.

Who we take on
Telehealth brands and clinics with a working intake and room for more patients. Restricted accounts are welcome; recovering them is a product, not an exception.
Who we turn away
Anyone selling a product that cannot be certified, anyone who wants patient attributes forwarded to an ad platform, and anyone who needs results before the tracking is in place. We say so on the first call.
How an engagement starts
With the audit. We review the funnel, the tracking, and the compliance posture, then write the roadmap. You keep the roadmap whether or not you hire us.
How it runs
Month to month, no long-term contract. One operator owns your account, you see numbers by channel every week, and every policy decision made on your behalf is written down where you can read it.
What we refuse to do
Hide a restriction from you, run ads through a cloaked domain, or report a booked patient we cannot trace back to a click.

Where we come from

We ran the systems before we sold the service.

Inside those businesses we built what this work depends on: server-side tracking (conversion events sent from our servers rather than the patient's browser) that strips health terms before anything reaches an ad platform, a map of every consent restriction by state and by platform, and delivery we measure rather than assume. Every campaign we run for a client sits on that, which is why an engagement starts with the tracking and not the ads.

Growth audit

See where your growth is leaking.

We audit the funnel, the tracking, and the compliance posture, then hand you the roadmap. The people writing it have run the same funnel from the inside. You keep it whether or not we work together.
