Who we are

MedScale Inc. (“MedScale”) is a marketing agency for telehealth brands and clinics. This site, medscale.health, is a marketing site: it describes our services and lets you contact us. We are not a healthcare provider, this site provides no medical services, and nothing on it is medical advice. Do not submit health information through our forms.

What we collect

Form submissions. When you submit a form (growth audit, rescue, buildout, contact, or the pre-check email gate), we collect what you type: name, company, work email, website, and the answers you choose. We use it to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to run the engagement.

Usage data. We measure how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and the campaign that brought you here — using first-party analytics infrastructure we operate. Where consent rules apply in your jurisdiction, measurement respects your consent choice.

How it is used and shared

Form submissions go to our customer-relationship system so a person can reply, and to our own reporting so we know which pages work. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Service providers that process data for us (hosting, CRM, email delivery, analytics) act under contract and only on our instructions.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry records for as long as we have a business reason to hold them, then delete them. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted at any time — email growth@medscale.health and we will act on it.

Marketing email you receive from us always carries an unsubscribe link. SMS, where offered, is opt-in with the consent terms shown at the form, and STOP always works.
