Service
Websites and Landing Pages
Pages built to policy, to intake, and to load fast on a phone.

Where this goes wrong
Meta and Google classify an advertiser by what the landing page looks like, not by what the ad says. A page that lists medications with prices and a cart reads as a pharmacy and pulls the whole account into restricted data. A page with nine form fields before the calendar loses half the people who clicked. Most healthcare sites were built by someone who did neither the policy read nor the intake math, and the ad budget pays for it every month.
What we do
The work, line by line.
What is included
- Policy read of the current site, with a written list of what would trigger a restriction
- One landing page per campaign, built and hosted
- Full site rebuild when the current one cannot be made compliant
- Intake and calendar integration
- Server-side tracking installed and verified on every step
- Monthly page test with a one-line finding
How it fits with the rest
- Paid AdsThe page and the campaign are built together, so the policy read covers both.
- AI IntakeA form submitted at midnight gets a text back within a minute.
- SEO and Local VisibilityThe same site structure carries the pages that rank for medication and condition queries.
The report reads the same whichever services you buy, because all of them run on the same server-side tracking. See how the tiers bundle them.
Our commitment
A policy-clean landing page with verified tracking, before the first ad runs.
Condition: Access to your domain, your booking tool and one round of copy review.
Websites and Landing Pages questions
What buyers ask before they sign.
Can you work with the website we already have?
Usually. We start with a policy read of the current site and a list of what would trigger a restriction. If the fixes are pages and copy, we make them in your CMS. If the whole structure reads as a pharmacy, or the platform cannot host compliant tracking, we say so and scope a rebuild.
Do we need a separate landing page for every campaign?
One per offer and audience, not one per ad. A GLP-1 program and a TRT program need separate pages because the policy rules, the candidacy questions and the intake path differ. Two Meta ads for the same program share a page.
Which platforms do you build on?
Next.js for new builds, because it loads fast and we control every byte the tracking sends. We also work inside WordPress and Webflow when the site is already there and can be made compliant.
Will the site be HIPAA compliant?
A marketing page is not a covered system, but the intake path is. Form and calendar vendors sit under a BAA, tracking forwards only mapped and hashed fields, and no condition or medication appears in a URL or an event name. We document the data path so your compliance officer can review it.
Who owns the site when the engagement ends?
You do. The code, the domain, the hosting account and the tracking configuration are yours from day one, and we hand over documentation if the work moves in-house.
Growth audit
See where your growth is leaking.
We audit the funnel, the tracking, and the compliance posture, then hand you the roadmap. The people writing it have run the same funnel from the inside. You keep it whether or not we work together.
