Strategic Support
A fractional growth lead, one weekly report, compliance review and a forecast you can budget against.

Where this goes wrong
Most clinics and telehealth brands have three vendors and nobody whose job is the whole funnel. The ad agency reports clicks, the web person reports uptime, the EHR reports visits, and the owner reconciles it at the kitchen table on Sunday night. Decisions about budget, a new program, a new state or a new channel get made on instinct and reviewed after the money is spent.
What we do
The work, line by line.
What is included
- Weekly 45-minute growth call with a written agenda and a decisions log
- The Monday report
- Quarterly forecast and budget plan
- Pre-launch compliance review of offers, pages and creative
- Slack or email access with a next-business-day answer
How it fits with the rest
- Paid AdsThe forecast sets the budget; the campaigns spend it.
- LegitScript CertificationA new prescribing program triggers a certification plan before it triggers an ad.
- Referral and Provider ChannelsWhen paid is capped, the growth lead builds the plan for what carries the rest.
The report reads the same whichever services you buy, because all of them run on the same server-side tracking. See how the tiers bundle them.
Our commitment
First Monday report delivered and a 90-day plan with a forecast behind it.
Condition: Read access to ad accounts, the booking tool and the last twelve months of spend.
Strategic Support questions
What buyers ask before they sign.
Is this advice, or do you do the work?
Both, depending on the tier. On its own, Strategic Support is the growth lead, the report, the compliance review and the forecast, and your vendors execute. Paired with our paid, web or lifecycle services, the same person runs those teams.
How is this different from a fractional CMO?
A fractional CMO usually brings brand and a slide deck. This role brings a report reconciled to your booking tool, a compliance read on every launch, and a forecast you can budget against. It is closer to a head of growth who has run regulated accounts before.
What is in the weekly report?
Spend, leads, consults, patients and cost per patient, by channel and by location. Week over week and against the forecast. One finding and one decision at the bottom. It fits on a page because a report that does not fit on a page does not get read.
Do you have to run our ads to do this?
No. Read access is enough to build the report and the forecast. If the numbers show your current agency is doing well, we say so, and the role stays advisory.
What does the compliance review check?
Platform policy on Meta, Google and TikTok for the category; FTC rules on health and pricing claims; state rules on telehealth prescribing and advertising where they apply; and what the tracking would send. It is a written pass, not a conversation, so there is a record of what was cleared.
Growth audit
See where your growth is leaking.
We audit the funnel, the tracking, and the compliance posture, then hand you the roadmap. The people writing it have run the same funnel from the inside. You keep it whether or not we work together.
