Your next 90 days,
written down.
The Growth Audit is a written roadmap: which channels your category can run, what in your ads and pages will get flagged, where intake loses patients, whether your tracking is telling the truth, and the 90-day plan that follows. Free, and yours to keep.
Your goals
1 / 3
Takes about two minutes.
- 5 business days
- From access to written roadmap
- 30 minutes
- One call, to walk it through
- $0
- No cost, and you keep the document
Who qualifies
A plan sized to your spend.
The funnel asks for a budget range and, under $25K, where you are heading. Here is what each answer gets.
- $25K+ a month in paid media
- The full audit and roadmap, with a 30-minute call to walk through it.
- $10K to $25K and planning to scale
- The full audit. The roadmap covers how to grow spend without tripping the policies that scale trips.
- Not running ads yet
- The full audit, with the channel mix and certification path for launch in place of the creative review.
- Under $25K and staying there
- We do not run the audit. You get the Policy Tracker, the Creative Pre-Check, and a note on when to come back.
What you get back
Five sections, one document.
Each section ends in a decision or a fix, with a cost or a date beside it. If a section does not apply to you, it says so and moves on.
Which platforms your category can run today, which need certification first, and which are closed. Sourced to the current policy, not to habit.
Every live ad and landing page read against Meta's Personal Attributes and Health and Wellness rules and Google's Healthcare and medicines policy, with the lines that will get flagged marked.
Landing page and intake walked through as a patient would: what stops them, how long a booking takes, where the form leaks.
What the pixel sends, what the platform receives, and whether a patient's condition is leaking into an event name. With the plan to move it server-side.
Month by month: what to fix, what to launch, and what it should cost per booked patient. Written so you can run it without us.
The five days
Request on Monday, roadmap by the next.
- 01
Day 0
You ask
Four questions, two minutes. We confirm fit the same business day and send a booking link.
- 02
Day 1
Access and a call
A 30-minute call to hear what you have tried, plus read-only access to the ad accounts and analytics. No admin, no billing.
- 03
Days 2 to 4
The review
Ads, pages, intake, and tracking, read by a senior operator. You get questions during the week, not silence.
- 04
Day 5
The roadmap
The written document lands in your inbox. We walk it through on a call if you want one.
- 05
After
Your call
You run it, or we run it with you. The document is yours either way.

What it is and is not
A document, not a pitch.
Free audits usually mean a scorecard and a sales call. This one is the plan we would run if you hired us, written so you can run it if you do not.
It is
- A written document you keep
- Specific to your category, your platforms, and your live account
- Read by a senior operator, not scored by software
- A plan with costs and dates in it
- Free, with no obligation attached
It is not
- A sales deck with our logo on the cover
- A template with your name typed in
- A pass or fail score from an automated scan
- A commitment to hire us
- Legal advice on your category
In your inbox by business day five.
The clock starts when we have read access to the accounts and the site. If it slips, you hear why before the day does.
Book the auditBefore you book
- Why is it free?
- Because it is how both sides decide. Some audits end with us saying you can run the plan yourselves. That is a fine outcome, and it costs you nothing to find out.
- What do you need from us?
- Read-only access to the ad accounts and analytics, the landing page URLs, and 30 minutes on a call. Nothing gets paused, changed, or spent.
- What happens to our data?
- It stays in the audit. We do not share it, sell it, or keep access after the audit closes unless you hire us.
Audit questions
Straight answers, before the call.
What does the Growth Audit cost?
Nothing. It is a written document, delivered in five business days, and you keep it whether or not we work together afterward.
Who actually does the review?
A senior operator who has run healthcare accounts on Meta and Google. Not a scan, not a junior with a checklist. The same person joins the call.
We already have an agency. Is this still useful?
Often more so. The audit reads the account as the platforms read it, and most agencies have never had a healthcare account restricted. If the plan says your agency is doing fine, that is what the plan says.
We have not launched yet. Can we get one?
Yes. The creative review is replaced by a launch plan: which channels your category can open on day one, what certification is required first, and how to set up tracking so the account is not tiered on its first conversion.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to the ad accounts and analytics, plus the landing page URLs. Nothing gets paused, changed, or spent. Access is removed when the audit closes unless you hire us.
Why do you turn some requests away?
Established teams spending under $25K a month usually cannot fund the plan the audit would write. Rather than send a document you cannot act on, we point you to the Policy Tracker and the Creative Pre-Check and tell you when to come back.
