Telehealth ad agency pricing
Three tiers, scoped on a call.
MedScale Health's Launch, Growth and Scale tiers bundle the same services by how much of the funnel you want run rather than advised. Custom pricing, no long-term contracts, and three fixed-scope add-ons you can buy on their own.

Ad Account Rescue
Telehealth Launch
LegitScript Certification
- How it is priced
- A monthly fee scoped after the Growth Audit, set by channels, locations, states and media budget. Ad spend is separate and stays in your accounts.
- Contract
- No long-term contracts. Engagements run month to month.
- What you keep
- Ad accounts, creative, pages, tracking configuration and every report. All of it lives in your accounts from day one.
- Moving between tiers
- Up or down at any month end. Most clients start on Launch or Growth and add services as the report shows what is working.
- Inside the fee
- Everything the tier lists: campaign management, the ad creative rounds, landing pages, server-side tracking, the compliance review and the reporting.
- Billed separately
- Ad spend, paid to the platforms from your own accounts. LegitScript's application and annual fees, paid to LegitScript. Paid creators, shoots and product samples, agreed per campaign when a campaign uses them.
Pricing questions
What people ask about the fee.
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because the same tier costs different amounts for a single clinic and a five-state telehealth brand, and a number that has to be caveated is worse than none. The Growth Audit produces the scope, and the scope produces the number, on one call.
Is there a minimum?
No. A smaller media budget goes on the one channel closest to working first, so the weekly report has enough data to read cost per consult, and spreads to the next channel as it proves out. The free Growth Audit writes that plan, and Ad Account Rescue is available at any spend level.
Can we start with Rescue and move to a tier?
Yes. The Rescue fee is credited toward the first month, and the rebuilt pages and tracking are the starting point for the campaigns.
What does no long-term contract mean in practice?
Month to month. If the report is not showing a path to a cost per patient you can live with, you stop, and everything MedScale built stays in your accounts.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. The fee is flat for the scope, so spending more does not pay MedScale more, and MedScale has no reason to push budget the report does not support.
Do you guarantee a number of patients?
No. Meta, Google and Microsoft review every ad and set their own auction prices, so nobody can promise a patient count honestly. What MedScale commits to is the work and the reporting: the plan in writing, campaigns live by Day 14 once access and certifications are in place, and a Monday report with cost per patient, so you can see whether it is working and stop if it is not.
Can we buy a single service without a tier?
Yes. Every service on the services page is scoped on its own. The tiers exist because the services share tracking and reporting, and buying them together costs less than buying them one at a time.

What Drives the Cost of a Telehealth Ad Agency, and What Is Billed Separately?
As of October 2026, a telehealth ad agency's cost is driven by the work: the ad platforms, the states and locations targeted, monthly creative volume, landing pages, and the certification and policy work the treatments need. MedScale Health, a paid acquisition agency for telehealth brands and clinics, scopes that work on a call and puts it in writing after a free audit. Ad spend, LegitScript's own fees, paid creators and shoots, and your own software are billed separately.

What Does a New Telehealth Patient Cost on Paid Ads, and How Do You Bring It Down?
As of October 2026, a new telehealth patient costs what your own ads prove, since Meta and Google publish no telehealth cost per patient, and it comes down as the offer, page and intake convert better. MedScale Health, a paid acquisition agency for telehealth brands and clinics, plans every launch from the most a brand can afford per patient, not a benchmark. Work out that ceiling from price, margin, months on program, refunds and no-shows, then size the launch budget so one ad set can learn.

How Should a Telehealth Brand Budget Its First 90 Days of Meta Ads?
As of October 2026, a telehealth brand should budget its first 90 days of Meta ads backwards from cost per order (cost per click divided by the share of visitors who order), then step up about 20% a week only while that cost holds. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, builds the first 90 days around an agreed ceiling cost per order and treats every number here as a planning assumption, never a forecast. Size each ad set for Meta's learning phase, which Meta says usually ends after about 50 results in a week.

How Much Does LegitScript Certification Cost in 2026?
As of October 2026, LegitScript Healthcare Certification costs $975 per website to apply, nonrefundable, plus $2,150 per website each year once approved, so a single-domain telehealth brand pays $3,125 in year one. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, treats that fee as the cheapest line in a prescription-drug ad budget, because Google and Meta will not run those ads without it. Expedited review adds $2,500 per application, and the $2,150 renews every year.
