Restricted on Meta or Google?
Rebuilt and appealed in 72 hours.
MedScale Health rebuilds and appeals restricted healthcare ad accounts, which are rarely disabled for what they sell. They are disabled for how the ad, the page, and the pixel described it. We fix all three and file the appeal with evidence. If the account is not coming back, you hear it at hour 12, and the budget moves to the channels still open to you.
What happened
1 / 3
Takes about two minutes.
- 72 hours
- Diagnosis, rebuild and appeal filed
- Fixed fee
- Quoted at hour 12, credited to month one
- Meta · Google · Microsoft · TikTok
- Most healthcare rescues are Meta
Who this is for
The notice you got, by name.
These are the platforms' own labels. The one on your notice decides the appeal path, which is why the funnel asks for it.
Meta
- Advertising restrictions
- Your ad account, Page, or profile stops delivering and the notice names a policy, or just says unusual activity. Most healthcare restrictions start here.
- Ad account disabled
- The account is closed to new ads. It usually follows a run of rejections under the same rule, most often Personal Attributes or Health and Wellness.
- Business verification
- Meta will not restore advertising until the business is verified, or the documents you sent were rejected.
- Unacceptable business practices
- The heaviest flag on Meta. It means the ad, the page, or the offer read as a scam, a fake clinic, or an unlicensed pharmacy.
Google Ads
- Circumventing systems
- Suspended without warning, and related accounts can be suspended with it. Google's own policy says accounts “are only reinstated in compelling circumstances, and when there is good reason.” We tell you at hour 12 whether that applies to you.
- Unacceptable business practices
- A Misrepresentation flag. Google decided the business, its credentials, or its offer was not what the ad said. The fix is proof.
- Healthcare and medicines
- Prescription drug services, restricted drug terms, or an unauthorized pharmacy flag. Usually a certification gap, or a drug name sitting where it should not.
Microsoft Advertising
- Pharmacy and telemedicine disapprovals
- Prescription drug and telemedicine ads need preapproval through Microsoft's Pharmacy and Telemedicine form, and US online pharmacies need NABP or LegitScript accreditation. Since October 5, 2026, every health ad must also target people 18 and over.
TikTok
- Account suspended or ads rejected
- TikTok publishes fewer named reasons than Meta or Google. Most healthcare suspensions follow a run of rejected ads and a landing page that reads as medical treatment.
What you get
Five deliverables, each with a clock on it.
A rescue is not an appeal letter. It is the work that makes the appeal true, plus the tracking that keeps the account from being flagged again.
A written read of the actual flag, mapped to the ads, pages, and pixel events that caused it. The fixed fee comes with it, so you decide with the facts in hand.
Creative and landing pages rewritten to the platform's health, personal-attributes, and prescription-drug rules. You approve every line before it goes anywhere.
Filed the way a reviewer needs to read it: what was flagged, what changed, and screenshots that prove it. Not a form with a promise typed in the box.
Server-side tracking with generic event names, so a conversion never tells the platform what condition a patient has. The same install whether you stay or go.
Campaigns restructured and live on the channels open to you, attribution intact from the first click. Where certification is required, we run the open channels while it completes. Never a new account to route around a decision.
The 72 hours
Three steps, in this order, on this clock.
- 01
Hour 0 to 12
Diagnose
We read the actual policy flag, not the generic notice, and map every ad, page, and pixel event that tripped it. You get the diagnosis and the fixed fee in writing.
- 02
Hour 12 to 48
Rebuild and appeal
Creative and landing pages rewritten against the health, personal-attributes, and prescription-drug rules. Certification started where one is required. Appeal filed with the evidence a reviewer needs to reverse the decision.
- 03
Hour 48 to 72
Re-instrument and relaunch
Server-side tracking installed with neutral event names so the same flag is not raised again. Campaigns restructured and relaunched on the channels open to you, attribution intact from the first click.

What is and is not recoverable
Told at hour 12, not hour 72.
Many healthcare restrictions can be reversed. Some cannot, and the pattern is predictable enough to say so up front. If yours is not coming back, the fee covers moving the budget to the channels still open to you, never a new account to route around the decision.
Usually recoverable
- Meta advertising restrictions from Personal Attributes or Health and Wellness rejections
- A first Unacceptable business practices flag with a real, licensed business behind it
- Business verification holds and rejected verification documents
- Google Healthcare and medicines flags, including an unauthorized pharmacy flag on a licensed pharmacy
- Google healthcare suspensions where certification was the missing piece
- Appeals that were denied because they were filed with the original creative
Often not
- Google Circumventing systems suspensions, which Google reinstates only in compelling circumstances
- Google decisions more than six months old, which can no longer be appealed in the account (Google, since July 21, 2026)
- Bans on a person: a Business Manager or Google account tied to someone with prior disabled accounts
- Unauthorized pharmacy flags where no license or certification exists
- Peptides and other categories the platforms have closed. We say so at hour 12 and plan the channels that are open
- Accounts that kept resubmitting the flagged creative during the appeal window
Rebuilt and appealed by hour 72.
Diagnosis in writing by hour 12, appeal filed by hour 48, tracking rebuilt and campaigns relaunched on the open channels by hour 72. The platform sets its own review time. The clock starts when we have the restriction notice and read access to the account. Disabled accounts and $25K+ spenders hear back the same business day.
Start a rescueBefore you start
- What if you cannot get it back?
- We tell you by hour 12, in writing. Then we move your budget to the channels still open to you, with the rewrite and tracking work already done. We never open a new account, Page or Business Manager to route around a platform's decision. The diagnosis is yours either way.
- Do you need our Business Manager?
- Not to diagnose. When we need access we ask for Partner access to the specific assets, on a call, with you watching. We never add a person to your Business Manager and we never hold admin on it.
- What does it cost?
- A fixed fee, quoted after the 12-hour diagnosis, sized by how many ads, pages, and events have to change. If you stay on a retainer afterward, the fee is credited to month one.
Rescue questions
What to expect, honestly.
What does Ad Account Rescue cost?
A fixed fee quoted after the 12-hour diagnosis, based on how many ads, pages, and pixel events need to change. If you continue with MedScale on a retainer, the fee is credited toward your first month.
Can you guarantee the account comes back?
No one can, and anyone who says otherwise is guessing. What MedScale guarantees is the work: a documented diagnosis, policy-clean creative and pages, an appeal filed with evidence, and compliant tracking. If the account is not coming back, MedScale says so at hour 12 and moves your budget to the channels still open to you. MedScale never opens a new account to route around a platform's decision.
We already appealed and were denied. Is it too late?
Usually not. Denied appeals are often resubmitted with the same creative that caused the restriction. Fixing the underlying material and re-filing with a clear explanation is the path that works. One limit: since July 21, 2026, Google no longer lets you appeal a decision more than six months old in the account.
Will you touch our pixel or Conversions API?
Yes, that is part of the rescue. A pixel firing a purchase event on a page titled with a drug name can flag an account on its own. MedScale replaces it with server-side delivery under a BAA using neutral event names, so the platform receives a conversion and nothing about the person or the condition behind it.
Do you handle LegitScript certification?
MedScale prepares the site, pages, and account structure for review, and runs the application alongside the rescue. Certification timelines are set by LegitScript, so a rescue in a category that requires it relaunches on the channels that are open while certification completes.
Does the rescue include running the ads afterward?
No. The rescue ends at relaunch on the channels open to you, with tracking under them. Ongoing management is a separate retainer, and the rescue fee is credited to its first month if you take it.
Our agency caused this. Can you work alongside them?
Yes. MedScale needs read access to the account and the ability to file the appeal. Whether the agency stays is your decision. MedScale will tell you plainly what caused the flag.
Which platforms do you rescue?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads including YouTube, Microsoft Advertising (Bing search), and TikTok. Most healthcare rescues are Meta.

Why accounts get restricted, and how they come back.
Meta Disabled Our Healthcare Ad Account. How Do We Get It Back?
As of October 2026, the path back from a disabled Meta ad account for a clinic or telehealth brand has four steps: read the exact notice, fix the cause (creative, pharmacy-style pages, condition-named pixel events), verify the business, then file one evidenced review. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, gives a written go or no-go by hour 12 and files that review inside 48 hours. Never open a replacement account, Page or Business Manager to get around a restriction; platforms treat it as circumvention.

Google Ads Suspended Our Telehealth Account. What Happens Next?
As of October 2026, a telehealth Google Ads suspension is usually recoverable when the label is healthcare and medicines and certification was the missing piece, and permanent except in compelling circumstances when the label is circumventing systems or unacceptable business practices. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, reads the label before promising anything. The recoverable path is LegitScript, then Google's prescription drug services certification, fixed ads and pages, advertiser verification, and one appeal.

What Should You Do When Meta Restricts Your Telehealth Ad Account?
As of October 2026, a telehealth brand whose Meta ad account is restricted should not open a replacement account, Page or Business Manager; it should find the policy Meta cited, fix it, and request one review. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, follows that order: establish what was cited, remove the live violations, verify the business, then file one review with the problem already corrected, while budget moves to the other platform still open.

Why Are Your Google Ads Disapproved for Telehealth, and How Do You Fix It?
As of October 2026, Google disapproves telehealth ads for three recurring reasons: the advertiser is not certified to promote telemedicine or prescription medication, the landing page makes claims the policy treats as unsupported, or the campaign promotes a substance Google restricts outright. MedScale Health, a paid ads agency for US telehealth brands and clinics, checks certification status first, because an uncertified account keeps failing review however carefully the creative is written.
