SEO and Local Visibility
Treatment-intent search and the map pack, including the drug-name queries paid cannot bid on.

Where this goes wrong
Paid search cannot bid on the queries that matter most in regulated categories, because the drug names are restricted keywords. Organic can rank for them. Most clinics either ignore that or hand it to a generalist who writes thin "what is semaglutide" pages that Google's health-content standards bury on page four. Meanwhile the Google Business Profile has the wrong category, no reviews from the last six months, and the map pack goes to the clinic across town.
What we do
The work, line by line.
What is included
- Keyword map split by intent: program, condition, medication, location
- Two to four clinician-reviewed pages a month
- Google Business Profile management for every location
- Technical fixes on the existing site
- Monthly report with organic consults, not only rankings
How it fits with the rest
- Paid AdsPaid takes the program queries; organic takes the medication queries paid is barred from.
- Websites and Landing PagesFast, well-structured pages rank. The build and the SEO share one site plan.
- Email and SMS LifecycleReview requests after a completed visit are what move the map pack.
The report reads the same whichever services you buy, because all of them run on the same server-side tracking. See how the tiers bundle them.
Our commitment
Keyword map delivered, technical fixes shipped, first pages live.
Condition: CMS access and a clinician who will review copy within a week of receiving it.
SEO and Local Visibility questions
What buyers ask before they sign.
How long before SEO produces patients?
Local changes to the Business Profile can move calls within weeks. New medication and condition pages take three to six months to rank for anything competitive. We say that on the first call, and the monthly report shows organic consults from month one so you can see the slope.
Can you write about prescription drugs when ads cannot name them?
Yes. Ad policy does not apply to organic pages. What does apply is Google's standard for health content and the FTC's rules on claims, so every page names a reviewing clinician, cites sources, and describes the program without promising results.
We tried SEO before and nothing happened. Why would this differ?
Ask to see what was written and how it was measured. Most failed healthcare SEO is thin pages measured by rankings. We measure organic booked consults on the same report as paid, and if the pages are not producing them by month six, we tell you what to stop paying for.
Does this work for a multi-location group?
Yes, and it is where local pays best. Each location gets its own Business Profile management and location page, and the report shows organic consults by office.
Are AI answers replacing search?
Some of it. Assistants pull from pages with clear questions, clear answers and structured data, which is how every page we write is built. The organic report includes referrals from assistant surfaces where they can be measured.
Growth audit
See where your growth is leaking.
We audit the funnel, the tracking, and the compliance posture, then hand you the roadmap. The people writing it have run the same funnel from the inside. You keep it whether or not we work together.
